For conventional flattery I like higher necklines than the tank, and more fluid for modern fit. I do love the luxurious idea of cashmere in a tank for layering.
The rust colors are very you. I also think you can wear a slouchier short, even with the boxy top. You can rock that as a rectangle. Also the more covered up top allows for a shorter short, the way I see proportions- relatively more top and less bottom or vice versa. I guess that all sounds critical and is not meant to-- I think you have the height and "runway" look to handle the modern fluid and oversized look spectacularly, so my eye wants to see you size up a bit compared to the existing fitted clothes. Yes, you could get swamped, so have to watch shoulder fit and use some structure in the clothing or its styling. Some kind of controlled drama that I as a shorter and more pear - ands line challenged person cannot pull off. . I am not expert enough to describe it.

Good casual outfits! I agree fire Firecracker, the layers are nice. An alternative you can try is to work the outfit with a pair of jeggings if weather permits.

Two fun casual outfits! I like the way you add some fun, understated jewelry to these simple looks. I especially like the second outfit, with the layers, the rolled shorts (perfect length and roll, in my opinion!), and your loafers. I echo Deborah's thoughts exactly.

Two great casual outfits:) Love #2 in particular. The silhouette is very cool and modern and the colour of the sweater looks great on you.

The sandals in #1 really pull the colors together. A cashmere tank sounds lovely. I like the second outfit too. The boxy top works with your slim clam diggers and rain shoes sound like something everyone should have.

I think the tank and shorts looks great, nice for a relaxing day. I also like the boxy shirt in pic 2 - I like it when shirts like that are a shorter length like yours. Those shorts are a great closet clean out find! For some reason I have also been preferring to roll my denim lately. I've been leaving off a lot of my jewelry lately - I think it lets the outfit shine.

After all the Ivory tops, I had to have some color for the weekend. It has been a bit chilly here and rainy too.

1. I love this cashmere tank. It layers well underneath most anything. I decided to wear it on it's own for a change. I didn't go anywhere, and probably wouldn't wear this without a topper, but I did like it with the green shorts and my Think sandals. It's hard to see the earrings but they are yellow-orange dangling triangles, and my bangle picks up that theme.

2. Another from my sweater collection. This one is a linen tweed in light and dark rust. It's boxy and loose. What do you think? I found these shorts during my closet clean-out. They looked fine un-cuffed, but I liked them better cuffed. I put a green tee underneath because it was raining and chilly outside. The shoes are my green aquatalia's, which I tend to wear when it rains! (My rain shoes!). I added a green bangle along with some others that picked up on my green theme and some small green dangle earrings. I like the colors together, but I'm not sure about these shorts? I might subtract the necklace next time.
