More subtle than a simple harsh cobalt! Love the ruffles on your neckline&nbsp; for balancing the pretty pear shape.&nbsp;I know&nbsp;othes don't love ruffles of any kind, but I&nbsp; have have a few similar tops, and love them with a simple, sleek bottom like this one!
