I tend to buy my skirts looser so that they hang off my hips, rather than sit tight on my waist. Is the skirt lined? Sometimes a slip will help a skirt to lay down more smoothly. The color combo is lovely. I have the same problem with a lot of my pencil skirts, esp. those that are unlined.&nbsp;With some of them I wear a half slip, Spanx or bike shorts. It helps with the riding up issue but is probably not practical in really warm weather. I agree with Ceit about the skirt. It may be cut a little narrow around your thighs and it then twist as you walk.
