<p>Alana, thanks for the feedback I think your eye is coming along just fine Mauve is really a new color for me, though I used to wear mauve lipstick in high school and really liked it than. So I've begun reintroducing the color into my wardrobe.&nbsp;I have booties but it was unbearably hot and my feet must breath or I get cranky. And for some reason, I just can't bring myself to wear harems with anything more than a sandal. But I might try it with a minimalist flat. Glad the curls are okay! :)<br /><div><br /></div><div>E, thank you I was worried about my waist. Being hourglass, I was told not to hide it. Until this year when I just stopped caring and kinda went with my heart and wore what made me happy -- which is lots of flowing lines. I LOVE accessories!!! That's one thing I so desperately need to add to my F/W capsule. I love bangles and bracelets stacked up to my elbows, and lots of necklaces and rings. I just don't have any at the moment. So need to do some shopping. Thanks for pointing out what I need to add to make it maximal. I really love maximal looks, and strong bold looks. Those are&nbsp;kinda my looks. It's just channeling it all... it's fun but does take some work.&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>I feel much better about this outfit, girls :)</div><div><br /></div><div>The hair...I'm glad you all like it down. It needs a&nbsp;good cut (hasn't been cut since April -- so it's getting one&nbsp;next week).&nbsp;I'm also really anxious to get it back to its dark winter color. It's pretty light right now due to a lot of summer sun exposure.&nbsp;</p>

<p>I think you look lovely in flowing lines &amp; can surrender your waist with aplomb. I also really like the shoes with this look! If it were me, I'd add a gold necklace to echo the zippers on the shoes. And since your goal is 'gypsy chic,' it sounds like you're open to accessories. ;)&nbsp;I also think a necklace or other larger scale accessory up top would make the outfit stand on its own without the topper, since you wore it both ways.&nbsp;Sans accessories, I wouldn't consider this a very maximal look, although it's definitely strong &amp; bold. You wear it very naturally &amp; well, so it makes sense you're planning that this is your signature look! Your hair looks lovely down, adding a boho touch. All in all, I think you look great.

<p>Hey Keturah--love the mauve on you! I think you hair down is fine--the curls echo the ruffles in the top, kwim? Very cute.</p>
<p>Take this with a grain of salt--I am new, training my eye so to speak, and I often find myself an outlier with thoughts about outfits, here (which I usually keep to myself). I think harem pants with a cuff like that would be better served with a closed shoe, like a bootie, maybe?&nbsp;Straps, to my eye,&nbsp;seem to call for a bare ankle. Not sure.</p>

<p>Wore this look the other day.&nbsp;I'm calling this look "gypsy chic." It's definitely flowy and maximal,&nbsp;and it doesn't have a lot of structure to balance it, except for the shoes. I definitely surrendered the waist with the topper on.&nbsp;</p>
<p>I wish now I&nbsp;put my hair up into a high bun. I feel it would open-up and&nbsp;elongate the look by showing more skin. (I have a long neck and am 5'11.) And I also wish I'd added more color to my face. (I'm summer tan right now, so the mauve isn't as lovely against my skin as it would be when I'm winter pale.)</p>
<div><br /></div><div>I'm not sure about the mauve color. It's growing on me. I love the gold zippers on the wedges but wonder if flats or sandals would have been better.</div><div><br /></div><div>Photo 2 is without the topper, which I shifted to as the day warmed up.

<div>Chiffon circle topper, Urban Outfitters<br />Harem pants, H&amp;M</div><div>Tank top, Old Navy<br />Espadrille wedges, Target<br /><div><br /></div><div>Comments, feedback, critique, questions - l feel this is more my "look" but definitely want to learn and improve!!&nbsp;</div></div></div></p>
