Not sweet. In taste, it’s more like a radish... very plain. I think the thing is, you’re slow-cooking it for two days. The whole thing. But scooped out and then filled with broth and the flesh put back in with meat and veg. I don’t really know how they do it. But you can see it’s very soft when it comes out.</p> <p>I think the second.
