I got them at Anthropologie several years ago. I have size 11 feet, and when I was younger it never seemed like the best shoes came in my size. Now, options are almost endless, which makes or hard to restrain myself. </p> <p>I wish I could wear fun heels more often. These are actually quite comfortable, but I can't wear them to work, and being fairly new in town, I don't have much of a life right now beyond work and home. Perhaps I shop a bit for my fantasy life, but even if I only get a few wears a year out of certain pairs, the happiness factor is through the roof when I do!</p> <p>Thank you for the comment on my cardigan, Kelly. I instinctively thought navy would have been better, but your opinion made me realize it might have been too much - especially with dark denim. I need to build my casual wardrobe. I'm not really a sweats person, so jeans are my casual foundation for now.</p> <p>Today I'm wearing a printed drapey tank with an elbow-patch cardigan and skinny jeans. I never thought a size 18/20 could do skinny jeans, but I do like them with the right top. If I were going out to dinner or shopping, I'd wear the navy and brown tasseled funky heels pictured. However, since I am running errands to Home Depot and the grocery store, I'll probably put on some dark brown oxfords instead. I have no problem being overdressed for the venue/occasion, but these heels at Home Depot would definitely get my husband's eyes rolling! (I have no problem showing my face, I just can't find a good spot to take a longer photo in my dark house.)</p> <p>The last picture is of some fun wardrobe planning sheets I bought ages ago and pull out on occasion. I use them to evaluate my outfit and identify holes. If I am frequently writing the same item down as something that would help complete an outfit, then it goes on my shopping list. Today I would have preferred a navy cardigan to bring out the navy in the tank and add color. Alternatively, I could have done navy flats instead - I would feel too matchy in navy cardigan and shoes. I feel pretty good in this, especially in my fun shoes, so some interesting/colorful flats for the errands I am running would make this just right for me. </p>
