I felt good in this outfit, even though it's as basic as basic can be.<br /> In light of today's post by Angie about adding drama to your outfits, I asked myself which of the ways to add drama were covered:<br /> <u>Hairstyle</u>- hmm, still a work in progress. I like my color with the reddish glaze. I'm still working on achieving the right cut. I'd welcome suggestions! I used to have a short pixie, and there are times I'm tempted to go back to that.<br /> <u>Interesting Footwear and Handbags</u>- Well, I love my new Birkenstocks. Do they qualify? I did carry my little citron mini crossbody, but forgot to include it in the pictures.<br /> <u>Architectural and Avant-Garde Clothing</u><b> -</b> This shirt has kind of an architectural shape. It's not conventionally flattering with its oversized boxy fit, but I love it, and it's so lightweight and breezy for warm weather, while still having plenty of coverage.<br /> <u>Bold Colors and High Contrast</u>- No, but I'm pretty happy to be wearing head-to-toe  light color, which feels bold to me.<br /> <u>Jewelry</u>- I'm not sure how eccentric mine is, but I think my delicate pendant that is a map of Paris (my favorite city) laser-cut from silver is pretty fun, and I love my ring I got at the art museum gift shop that's a horseshoe shape with discs that fit kind of in between the fingers.<br /> <u>Makeup and Nail polish</u>- Going for a little drama here with a <span>bold fuchsia-pink  lipstick, and soft white nail polish.<br /> </span><br /> So, even though this is a very simple outfit, I hope that there's enough drama added to make it visually interesting. It's an interesting exercise to go through the checklist!</p> <p>What do you think?
