I thought it was a dress underneath and did a double take on seeing that it was actually two pieces. <br />The boots make the outfit quirky and fun. I have to admit that the boots with this are not my cup of tea, but they do add lots of personality. A nice thing with this outfit is that you could dress it up by adding a more refined shoe and it would have a completely different feel, or wear it more casually like this.
