Wow, never thought #1 with scarf would reach K-rateing. </p> <p>I found the silk scarf at Goodwill some years ago at the cost of 4$. I was scanning the scarf section for quality materials and was lucky. </p> <p>DS3 is wearing the wool top hat 24/7 - even when he sleeps!! (though not indoors in kindergarten) Grandma knitted it for DS2, but he never liked it. Does it work?<br /> Black booties<br /> Silk scarf</p> <p>Is it better with or without scarf?</p> <p><b>Today's outfit for informal work seminar:</b><br /> Penguin button-down<br /> Houndstooth wool skirt<br /> Grey wool hoodie<br /> Fuchsia tights<br /> Black booties</p> <p>Deep green wool coat, hand-me-down from my mother. It was sewn in Paris in the early 1970's. It was longer, but I shortened it to over knee length. </p> <p>I got complimented on the tights today. The outfit is very neutral, maybe boring. I like the relaxed hoodie with the button-down, though. Also like the different textures in the outfit. But was a bit concerned that the penguins look frumpy. What do you think?</p>
