If you were still unsatisfied I think the color just isn't what you expected. </p> <p>I like Jennifer's idea of popping it with pink (particularly fuchsia), orange, yellow, lime. Try either jewel tones or pastels since the way you describe this blue is it's lacking in oomph and intensity. </p> <p>I would also try this color with a graphic black and white print. That worked for me with a similar shade of blue that wasn't quite the cobalt I wanted. And the blue nail polish is a fantastic accessory! Two thumbs up here!</p> <p>A horizontally striped top would be fun with this outfit but the jacket itself will be so useful in a variety of formulas! Have you tried it with a fun tee and pencil skirt?? Or over a neutral printed maxi dress? Or with shorts and flat sandals? I will not see this fab jacket orphaned!! I figured out recently that though I think of it as my cobalt blazer, it is not cobalt--it's sort of a soft royal or true blue, and combines differently than cobalt does.</p> <p>I've been planning a last ditch attempt to save it by pairing it with white. Today's outfit was so-so for me. I think it would have been better with white jeans, but they were in the wash. I liked the colors though. For fun I flipped up the hem on the sleeves to show the striped bias tape.&nbsp;And I got the blue toes last Friday but have been wearing the Okalas so much that I haven't seen them much!</p> <p>Any thoughts on what could help&nbsp;either the blazer or the outfit?
