Bravo! I love the echo of the polka dots in the jacket with the cutouts on the blouse. I like the mix of patterns and textures including the scarf and clutch because it keeps your look fresh and avoids matchy-matchy-ness (a highly technical term) even when the entire look uses only red and black. </p> <p>The short jacket and long blouse work -- maybe because the slim fit of the the jacket is a nice contrast to the loose fit of the blouse. </p> <p>The necklace by the way looks wonderful.
