Well, it's pouring social events in my life at the moment. At least for another couple of days.&nbsp;</p> <p>Tonight I met a dear friend from out of town for dinner. Our last in person visit was in February 2020, just before the lights went out on life as we k new it.</p> <p>Here's what I wore: <ul> <li>My beloved wide-leg ponte knit pants. (BR Outlet early 2020)</li> <li>Black and white striped t-neck (Winners 2020)</li> <li>Camel topper (Laura 2020 -- you've seen this before!)</li> <li>Cognac sneakers -- OluKai</li> <li>Snake print scarf - 2020</li> <li>Black and white striped mico gloves -- no pictured. It was bloody cold out today!!!</li> </ul> I am trying to wear some of the older items in my closet that are becoming too big for me. I don't see need much call for dressy clothes before at least January, so I'm trying to limit additions until my weight is a bit more stable.&nbsp; </p> <p>This might be the last outing for the pants. When I bought them, they were the new full length -- just hitting the top of my shoe. With much less of me to fill them out, they were pretty long today! I suppose I can shorten them, but I think they are also getting saggy in the hip. Because the pockets are sewn into the side, I'm not sure how alterations would affect the overall integrity,&nbsp;</p> <p>Comments and suggestions for improvement always welcome.
