The length looks fine especially with the same color booties!

Thanks -- I am 5'7" so maybe a tall would be long enough with tights for their dresses. Guess only way to find out is to try it!

Ceit - Thanks for confirming my suspicion about the pant length - ok, but not optimal. The pic in the collage #3 is my BR Dress on the model looking rather miniature. I am 5'4" and bought regular rather than petite, the length is a touch above the knee on me.

Both outfits look great. The trouser length looks fine to me :)
Love your sheath dress and pretty little cardigan

I think both outfits are great. Angie has showed using monochrome pants-booties to kind of make up for minimal gapping or extend the legline, and these seem fine. I really like the sheath dress jumper-style and think you got the perfect fit--you have some "fluidity" for style and comfort, but there is enough shaping to give you a waist.

I think it is fine! I like scrunch, but I think these are technically long enough the way you have described and from the photo. Straight legs get a bit more of a pass in length than wider-legged styles.

I like both of these a lot!

How do you find the length of the dresses at BR? I see them and they all look mid-thigh -- was this one a knee-length one on the site?

#1-3: Monday - Forget Figure Flattery!
I wanted to maximize comfort for work on Monday after working most of the weekend, so I chose my version of business casual pajamas: BR Ponte Sheath dress with a generous cut, tights, and a floaty blouse. The only part of this outfit that isn't pajama-comfortable is the booties, and they are still good for 8+ hours of wear. Unbelted, the dress doesn't do anything to make me look taller and thinner, but I like the hint of shape and the way it drapes. I think the slightly shorter length and height from the booties balances things out a little.

WIW:
Ponte Sheath Dress - Banana Republic
Floral Blouse - Express
Wool Coat - Jacob
Heeled Booties - Rockport
Floral Scarf - Ricki's

#4-5: Today - Black and Blue
This is the first outing of my Ink Blue suede boots from Shoemint. They are "you get what you pay for" quality, but I like the colour and the style. I think that my dark blue zebra cardigan would have been a better choice with this outfit, but oh well, next time!

WIW:
Blue Suede Booties - Shoemint
Straight Legged Pants - Gap
Button Down Blouse - Express
Floral Cardigan - Ricki's

Here is my question: does #4 violate PPL?
I know it is hard to tell from the front, but the length ends up being similar to the model in #5. The hems reach the heel of the booties, do not show sock when I sit and are just about but not quite long enough to scrunch. I think I would prefer a touch longer, but am I way off here?
