Some of these are a bit blurry but will give you an idea of the setting and the party. &nbsp;We had a great time.</p> <p>Several of the guests were from Poland and this was first trip to USA. &nbsp;DH practiced a Polish phrase to say at the end of the ceremony, had to change a few of the words because they just didn't come out right, but at the end he just belted it out and got a huge cheer from the Polish speakers. &nbsp;</p> <p>Everything went well with my outfit--except that although I put blister prevent on my feet, I forgot to think about what would happen with standing and dancing a lot, heat and humidity, alcohol and all. &nbsp;I did get some awful blisters on my little toes, but didn't even notice until I got up the next morning and put on my shoes. &nbsp;I didn't get other foot problems though, and the feet did fine with the higher heels. &nbsp;(A lot of the women wore high spiky heels and later for the most part were dancing barefoot.)</p> <p>80% chance of thundershowers didn't show up and the grass was dry. &nbsp;The wedding planner warned the women to walk on the balls of their feet so heels wouldn't sink in, but I had no problem.</p> <p>And son and I were third down the aisle after all.</p> <p>Early photos from rehearsal. &nbsp;I wore my Nik &amp; Zoe top with VC ponte pants (that turned out to be too big--I hadn't worn them since losing weight. &nbsp;Okay though.) &nbsp;</p> <p>Mom of nephews (in photo with fiancé below.)</p> <p>Nephews were ring bearer and flower boy. &nbsp;It was touch and go with the younger boy, but he did make it down the aisle in his tux, although he forgot to leave flowers. &nbsp;Grandpa Dave ended up waving them forward and then what was he to do with the "stuff" when he needed to start the ceremony? &nbsp;That's what bridesmaids are for.</p> <p>Official photos before the ceremony. &nbsp;Sunny and humid but windy. &nbsp;I think every photo of me has my hair blowing in front of my face. &nbsp;I'll post some of them later.</p> <p>Full outfits front and back.</p> <p>DH has been asked to officiate at weddings of grooms' brother and grooms' sister (Mom of nephews) next year. &nbsp;He's getting spam telling him how much can make now as official ordained minister. &nbsp;</p> <p>So what did the Bride and Groom give DH for a gift (which he is opening)? A lovely silk tallit. &nbsp; </p>
