I tried the JCrew wide legs with disastrous results (big bump on top of thigh). They were also very heavy, stiff denim, so not ideal even if they’d been a good fit.</p> <p>The ones I want to replace now have a patch on the seat, though I’m not sure it will hold as the material is very worn and thin everywhere.&nbsp;<div><br />An ad kept popping up for Lands End wide leg jeans, and I figured since I was not going to stores to shop, I’d have to take a chance somewhere. They fit snuggly well in the seat so wider in the thighs and legs doesn’t feel sloppy to me. When I washed them, I shook them hard to gain any length, and dried on the rack. Perfect!&nbsp;</div><div><br /></div><div>In slightly different vein, my 2020 wardrobe acquisitions have been limited to 4 bras, 1 pair Birkenstocks, 1 pair sneakers, 3 pairs of “travel” pants, black, navy and purple (I love them - very comfy and neater than joggers), 1 striped shirt from Target, and a cinnamon cotton sweater also from Lands End. As many of you have stated, there is no need for more clothes when not going anywhere, and lots of the fun is gone from shopping IMO. I also made two cotton and one rayon summer dresses and a “bog coat”, mostly just for fun. Since I found in my recent sweater review that I have at least three warm pullovers that I haven’t ever worn, plus many that are good as new, I see no need for more shopping in the near future.</div><div><br /></div><div>1. Target shirt and Lands End cotton sweater; 2-4. Lands End wide leg jeans; 5. Purple travel pants, stretchy woven ankle pants from athletic dept. at TJMaxx.</div><div><br /></div> </p>
