Bumping to get more feedback. After Angie's post from today, I wonder if the camel colored pants is tailored enough.

Ok, pictures of my butt are not good at all for my self-esteem. Light colors are so unforgiving. All the lumps and bumps are so visible. Or maybe it's just that I'm lumpy and bumpy :/

JR and Ceit, Thanks for your input!

Suz, The camel colored pants fit well. They don't feel loose at all. I'll try to post some pics of the side and back view.

Cciele, I think the camel ones are a little longer. I hem my pants myself and I think I left them 1/2 inch longer than the gray ones.

Claire, They are exactly the same size. I did purge the ones in #2. They are a full 2 sizes too big now. They look *horrible* from the rear view and I got negative comments from co-workers about them. Made me depressed and sad, so I put them out. Pant fit is so hard, and lighter colors are very unforgiving, at least on me!!

I love your J Jill blouse! The pants in #2 are purged? Are 1 and 3 both Editors in the same size? I wouldn't be surprised if there is variation. It happens. The one's in #1 do look like they fit a little better IMO (which is pretty worthless when it comes to pants fit). I struggle with this as well.

Are the pants the same length? Also, I think I recall reading here that the cut of this season's Editor pants varied from previous seasons (or maybe I am mistaken--someone correct me)!

That blouse is SO pretty on you. Lovely colour.

Drat dark fabrics....they make it SO hard to see. I don't know if the pants in #1 are fitting less well or not...or if the dark colour just makes the others recede. Do the ones in #1 FEEL big on you? Are they loose in the waist, the hips, the rise? If you could get side and back pictures, we might have an easier time telling. There appears to be something going on in the rise area but I don't know what is causing it.

I think it is just because the grey is darker -- they look the same to me also!

I am not a fit expert, by any stretch of the imagination, but I am not seeing #1 as bigger than #3.

I guess it is a day for silk J Jill blouses today. I have both the purple and orange that Shannon and Sona are wearing, but I wore the blue today. Paired it with my new Express Editor pants.

The fit of the pants is much better compared to some that I just purged (see pants in pic 2), but I wonder if they are still too big on me because of the flared leg openings. I have a pair of Editors in gray (see pic 3) that are the same size but look more fitted in the photos. Does anyone see what I'm seeing? Thanks for looking
