Simple bootcut jeans, red Rag &amp; Bone sweater, Donald Pliner snake print loafers, and McQueen scarf. </p> <p>Pics 6-9 - same outfit but with Veronica Beard blazer with hoodie dickey (what I will actually leave the house in if the Kit and Ace coat is a fail). </p> <p>Pics 10-14 trying on the coat with the outfit I wore a couple of days ago — again super basic Lucky straight leg jeans, black sweater, and new Dolce Vita booties, plus trying with different scarves. </p> <p>It occurred to me that I almost always add a scarf to a jacket outfit like this, so I should try on the coat with some of my scarves! Duh. I think it helps. The scarf fills in some of the opening created by the low stance of then coat and breaks up the expanse of plaid. I also realized I don’t care much about buttoning this weight of coat closed because it is not a cold weather piece. </p> <p>Opinions welcome! </p> <p>Haha, I actually put on makeup today (pic 9). Hair is air-dried and curly — I think i need to trim my bangs again. </p> <p>Thoughts and opinions welcome! </p>
