The eye doctor told me if I only wear them for a few hours, I can put them in saline solution and wear them again another day&nbsp;for a few more hours. Use&nbsp;regular saline, not the mixed stuff, as that will break down the contact lens material. These are fantastic - when you put them in, they feel like a little gel pack, and when you wear them you can't feel them at all.</p> <p>Staysfit, it is tricky buying glasses! They always seem to look bigger once the lenses are in. My face shape is definitely an elongated oval. I also have a hard time with the width of glasses frames! I have also been directed towards the children's frames ! </p> <p>I think my reading glasses are children's frames. If I try on adult frames, I never really know how the final glasses will look once they are sized down for my face. They are NOT too big, and they really open up your face. That said, I have struggled to get used to seeing myself in my frames. I think I'm going to try getting them w/o the Transitions lenses next time - in photo #4 they're darker and I'm just standing next to a window!&nbsp;I have prescription sunglasses, so I probably don't need both.&nbsp;I do think the new glasses will take some getting used to, and&nbsp;I ike the nerdy-cool vibe of these.&nbsp;I also think they look much better in person than in photos, but I think that way about all glasses on me.&nbsp;</p> <p>Staysfit, I like the green color too. It looks like we have the same shape face - long oval - do you have trouble with the width of glasses too?&nbsp;These are a tad wide - all adult eyeglasses are, at the stores they always end up showing me the children's frames, lol. I do have another, smaller and slightly more conservative pair on order. Those frames are two shades of blue (I have blue eyes with green/gold flecks).&nbsp;</p> <p>On another note, if you like to wear contacts but they make your eyes dry, I just got Ciba Vision Dailies total 1 (Breathable One Day Contact Lenses) and they are fantastic.
