(I would&nbsp;<i>never</i> have guessed that I would love them as much as I did, so I was entirely bummed that they wore out.) &nbsp;No replacement was&nbsp;available, so I paid to have these made. They have been great. It was nice to be able to pick out exactly the heel height and color that I wanted.
