Navy t-straps were my first ones too (the ones I'm wearing in this post, which I think are the olive Middle English, I actually got on ebay), you'll see them in my next wiw post. I love them, but fiy, the navy is darker in person than in the photos on the website: it's quite close to black (the only complaint I have about the company: I want some lighter colours!). I've no clue if that's a widespread association or just in my head! Anyway, we had a lovely cool spell the other day, so of course I wanted to wear one of my new (to-me) lightweight jumpers. Angie's posts on knitwear made me realise that it's silly to only have wool jumpers when I live in a hot climate.&nbsp;Soon after that thought, I lucked into several suitably lighter weight versions while thrifting, and I've been really enjoying having them as an option. This one is a very lightweight cotton/angora blend, but heavy on the cotton, so quite comfortable for the 60s &amp; 70s of that day. I was going on a long walk that morning, and I wasn't sure of the terrain, so I kept things simple with some jeans (and a belt to hold them up as they bag out between washes)&nbsp;and my very comfortable flats (we ended up walking four miles, and I was sockless, but I had&nbsp;no blisters or problems!). Hair went up in a ponytail to keep it off my neck &amp;&nbsp;make the outfit&nbsp;feel a bit more collegiate, but of course you can't see that in the pictures! I haven't cut bangs: I just get a lot of regrowth around my hairline.&nbsp;As it was only 65/18 when I left the house, I was thrilled to be able to add a lightweight jacket on top. I love outerwear and will seize any excuse to wear it! This one's a simple, boxy&nbsp;cotton, and of course half-sleeved,&nbsp;so I didn't overheat even as the day warmed up.</p> <p>Honestly, I was running late in the morning, so I just forgot to add any accessories. I'm a creature of routine, and I put my jewelry on in the morning and forget about it until I change to my pjs at night, so I never got around to adding any. I think a brooch and some little earrings and a ring would have finished things off nicely, but oh well!</p> <p>Feedback always welcome. (Does white &amp; jeans scream 'Born in the USA' to anyone else?)</p>
