I totally agree with sleeveless over short sleeves, especially when you're not crazy about your arms. Short sleeves tend to hit at the widest part of the arm, making it look its absolute worst. Sleeveless tops make for much more shapely looking arms. I have ditched all my short sleeve tops except for a couple that are more cap sleeve length (stop above the top bicep curve). Not to mention armadillo elbows. They have worked hard for me and still do. I aim for a philosophical acceptance of their signs of age and try to focus on their strength. I can't say I'm 100% successful. Our weather is slowly warming up and today has been been lovely. I quite like that this 'looks' like a dress but it's a top and skirt in the same fabric. The only new item here is my cobalt sandals. </p> <p>Looking at the pics, I see I should have worn my shapewear undies!! </p> <p>Accessories simple, silver rings, silver bar necklace and very small square silver stud earrings.</p> <p>I have had two recent revelations about my summer dressing! I quite like a longer skirt in summer with bare legs whereas a longer skirt in winter tends to look too much/too heavy on me. And despite my growing issues with my upper arms, I still prefer the look of sleeveless in summer as opposed to short sleeves :)</p> <p>Your thoughts and/or suggestions for improvement of this outfit are much valued.</p> <p>Hope you are all having a lovely weekend.</p> <p>xxx Deborah </p>
