I don't know if you guys have noticed, but for the last few weeks I've been wearing my ancient (and not as stylish) Warby Parker specs.&nbsp; These were actually my backup <i>backup</i> specs, i.e. my third best pair.&nbsp; In a ridiculous turn of events I managed to break or lose BOTH of my pairs of Rivet and Sway Spitfires within a span of two weeks.&nbsp; First, my tortoise/green ones spontanenously broke one day right before I was to leave for Athens - literally the temple just snapped with no provocation and they fell off my face while I was minding my own business.&nbsp; I did not sit on them or anything!&nbsp; Anyway I contacted the company and they agreed it seemed like a freak accident caused by a defect so they told me to send them back and they'd repair or replace them for free.&nbsp; Fine, so I started wearing my other pair of black spitfires instead.&nbsp; The next week I went to Athens, where if you remember, I got my bag, <i>which contained my black Spitfires</i>, stolen.&nbsp; I was wearing sunnies at the time, and ended up having to wear them for three days straight until I got back to the US!&nbsp; At which point I was down TWO pairs of specs and ended up in the Warby Parkers.&nbsp; So then I waited for a while for my repaired green spitfires to arrive, which <i>they never did.</i>&nbsp; After a while (a month since I sent them in) I finally got my act together enough to contact them to ask about the repair.&nbsp; It turns out they had some kind of snafu with the return processing and the new "order" never went through.&nbsp; They were very apologetic about it, and once it was straightened out, I got the new ones (they ended up just replacing them) quickly, and now I have my good specs again!&nbsp; </p> </p>
