I'm wearing my plain Paige skinnies today, with an Allsaints teal sweater and AllSaints portable blanket (actually it's a heavy merino scarf that is about 6 feet long by 2 feet wide.) It was minus 8 when I got up this morning and there was a wind chill warning about risk of death from over exposure. And I wore those skirted leggings and EF long sweater this weekend. My recent forays have focused on changing sillouettes throughout the week, as I know many of us struggle with the ease of skinnies/tall boots this time of year. I feel most 'me' in black/flowy/hard edge, but also enjoy mixing it up and adding color/structure in the mix. Suggestions/thoughts on how I might have styled these are always welcome!</p> <p>#1 New AG Nikki distressed boyfriends with Express foiled sweatshirt and Zara zipper jacket. Felt a little rebellious that day, so wore my black studded high tops.<br /> #2 Went to see Jupiter Ascending in 3D at the IMAX with DH. We both came out of our respective closets wearing a Triumph tee...guess who had to change, lol! Worn over 8telier skirted leggings and covered with a merino Icebreaker waterfall wrap cardigan.<br /> #3 Express mixed media floral sweatshirt over an olddddd pair of flare leg trouser jeans. These are so long that I had to wear my tallest shoes, my Sorel Joan of Arctic wedges. Topper is an EF long cardigan, which I think adds a little drama to the outfit (not to mention warmth).<br /> #4 Cream silk Loft blouse with glen plaid wide leg trousers, Zara zipper jacket and patent pointy toed pumps.<br /> #5 Allsaints Flora mortis mixed media sweater over Paige plaid skinnies.<br /> #6 EF harem pants, Allsaints sweater shell (not shown), Icebreaker cardigan and Allsaints scarf. Loeffler Randall booties. </p>
