She is similar age to me, early 60s, and one of my longest-standing patients since we were both in our 30s. We actually have quite similar taste in clothes, both like some sparkles and bright colours and often admire each other’s outfits. So this day I saw her and immediately admired something she was wearing (I come out to the waiting room to get each person). And she said “I dress up for you”! I still have days where I were sweats or simple outfits. </p> <p>1. Errands and appointments. For some reason I feel the need to dress up for errands and such—even for the farm and feed store and a yearly doctor check-up. My inspiration was 1950s and early 1960s Italy, Sophia Loren, even Connie Francis or Claudia Cardinale. I was wearing earrings but didn’t have them on when I snapped photos. This outfit got my husband’s approval I seriously love this dress. This was my first time wearing it out. I made it more daytime with my Sofft pewter gladiator sandals. </p> <p>2. Dressed up everyday outfit.<br /> New Eloquii “Leigh” jeans and newer blouse. I like how this looks overall. It was comfortable to wear. Only thing… Even though I love bohemian blouses, I’m finding at my current weight I prefer more tailoring sometimes. But I have a lot of these style of blouses. For future purchases I want to pay attention and try more fluid tailored styles. I still love my new jeans! So comfortable and flattering. </p>
