I've been busy at work and busy with family birthdays, and just generally trying to keep a semblance of balance. </p> <p>1. It's mid winter here and most days are fairly mild, but 2 Saturdays we had a freezing day. I was going to be spending the day on the sidelines of a school soccer field so a knitted beanie, duffel coat, boots and jeans and acid green scarf was just enough to keep the icy wind at bay. </p> <p>2 &amp; 3. We spent last weekend at a game lodge about 2 hours out of town. The morning game drive was chilly and I was thankful for my very thick fleecy hoody, but how gorgeous is the South African bush veld? </p> <p>4. Today's semi casual Friday outfit for work... The same acid green scarf as in pic1 with my favourite new wardrobe acquisition - the comfy pants. Soft, so warm, tapered leg. Hubby hates them but my kids love them.</p> <p>5 &amp; 6 &amp; 7 Bonus pics from our weekend away </p> <p>Thanks for looking! </p>
