You look fab and go from strength to strength!</p> <p>From what I can tell the texture of the jacket may be along the lines of boucle, but I'll let the experts chime in.</p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/wiw-a-little-dressy-with-bootcuts#post-1182230 Sun, 02 Mar 2014 09:02:45 +0000 Neel 1182230@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>Today I had a meeting to attend and I wanted to be a little dressier than my usual MOTG outfits. &nbsp;After battling strep throat for the past one week, I also wanted to really get up and get&nbsp;dressed! &nbsp;So here we go!</p> <p>I thought of Angie's wide legs pant post when I picked up this pant today. &nbsp;I wanted to wear a light weight jacket on top as the weather is starting to heat up, but I still wanted a third layer for the dressy effect. &nbsp;I thought of this purplish blue jacket (Is this called a boucle jacket?)&nbsp;that I bought a few months back. &nbsp;It is perfect weight for this transitional weather and this is it's first outing. &nbsp;I tried a few white tops, but they didn't seem to work well with the length of the jacket. &nbsp;So I switched to a black shell top to create a column of color. &nbsp;And ta-da! &nbsp;It worked! &nbsp;Didn't want to think any more and I just added my pointy toe pumps and my black studded tote&nbsp;to finish the outfit.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Did I do well in the *dressier* category?! &nbsp;Thanks for stopping by and any suggestions for improvement are always welcome! </p>
