Funny that you all mention this, because just yesterday I was thinking that my button-downs haven't gotten a lot of mileage recently and I was wishing for ways to wear them other than with trousers. <br />As for the pullovers, I don't think I have a cropped one--that would look so interesting! I am afraid they're not super in fashion--am I correct?--but I like them.</p> <p>This one is a salt-and-pepper tweedy-type fabric with side-slit buttoned pockets (the buttons are cute but make the pockets harder to use). It's from H&amp;M, bought in Europe eons ago: in 2003. Yes! I keep my clothes for A VERY LONG TIME!!! </p> <p>The vest is new, a gift sent from my mom. It's also a tweedy thing with leather inserts.</p> <p>The boots are new too. I asked the forum for advice on whether to buy them, and I bought them! They are Bare Traps Sheree Snow Boots. </p> <p>I added the scarf for a pop of color. I took the pix with the neckline all zipped up (for warmth when outdoors) but indoors I wore it semi-open, hence pic 3. </p> <p>I'd never worn a vest before (well, other than dandy-looking menswear vests in the 80s, but those were for fashion, not warmth). </p> <p>Not quite sure if this is the most current silhouette, but it's an outfit that feels like me. </p>
