To rumple up the shirt a little, I wore the tie loosely knotted like in suggestion #2 and cuffed the sleeves up.&nbsp; The feminine shoes required were my pointy grey ankle strap PlV wedges, and I finished it all with a silver RM&nbsp; satchel and MJ watch. </p>
