I was very taken with the idea of a cute gingham in muddy/grunge-era colors so it came home with me. I wore it out precisely one time with the ruffled collar but it was just so wrong on me. Here's four days' worth of capsule dressing.</p> <p>1 - Gingham top and linen pants. I've actually put on the sunhat almost everyday, but I forget to snap pics with it on. Ditto bags. </p> <p>2 - skirt and graphic tee, plus linen blazer. This was worn for a trip to the DMV (blech).</p> <p>3 - black/white breton plus cinnamon crops. The shoes didn't stay on for long. We went to the pond so I switched to Chacos for most of the day. Then I cut DS's hair in the afternoon, and changed to #4 afterwards -- same graphic tee as the other day, plus linen pants.</p> <p>5 - today I pulled on the linen pants again, plus my favorite thrifted oxford shirt. Will definitely need the sunhat when we go out -- the weather is gorgeous, but not too hot! </p>
