Both have a fun print, but the first one does look more professional, while the second one reads "fun, casual weekend" to me. However, I know that I would not want two dresses that similar to each other in my wardrobe, so I would keep whichever one was more my favorite or whichever one I was able to get more use out of. But if you want a special travel capsule, like you suggested, maybe the old dress&nbsp;would be a good choice for that.
