I have also become a fan of cobalt blue and turquoise with navy. It is such a fresh and happy combo, IMO.&nbsp;<br /><br />I read somewhere that using tones and different saturations of the same color is considered a monochromatic look, I am not sure that I agree. &nbsp;But when one looks at the color wheel, the same color as it changes out into other colors ( if you know ) what I mean, it just so pretty to wear together.
