(Are those animal print turquoise? if so the pattern mixing with scarf and top are divine!) I don't think you have to worry about top length with skinny jeans because a) the skinnies and tunic look, while still acceptable (I wear it all the time bcs of my thigh issues), is not the most currenl look. It's been around since, hmmm 2008 about. If you look at trend forward sites they pair skinnies with short tops all the time. And, b) you can get away with short tops and skinnies because you don't have thigh issues.</p> <p>What I like about the orange and navy outfit is that it is more conservative so if I were going out with older people or teens, I would wear this. (The older people for obvious reasons and the younger folk feeling more comfortable when we dress older.) I went to the hair salon yesterday morning and tossed on the same aqua skinnies I'd worn the night before, along with my J Crew orange striped sweater, Seychelles orange/tan/gold shoes, Michael Kors gold bag, and a scarf from a YLF swap.</p> <p>2. That evening we were going to dinner at the home of some friends, and I started to feel like the top might not be quite long enough to look right with the skinny jeans. So I changed into my Levi's flares and changed the scarf and bag.</p> <p>What do you think? Should I have left well enough alone or was it a good change? Which do you prefer? </p>
