I have both calf length and ankle length work out pants from Zella that have a looser fit, but all the technical features of the tighter versions. One of my friends who started running a few years ago is thrilled to report that running has transformed her butt into "high and tight!" LOL But another of my friends was out shopping with me last year and saw me try on a dress, and she said, "You have literally run your butt off." Well, I never did have much of one to begin with -- too bad I can't just push some of that excess saddlebag padding around to the back! :-D</p> <p>It's interesting that the same form of exercise can transform two different people's bodies in very different ways.
