All very nice, though. DD is really lucky! I had to scrounge to save $ for my first BetseyJ top (still own it, though!). To open a huge box of vintage BetseyJ from mom? That would be heaven! (See? This is why I should shop my closet first - I totally forgot I owned one of these things, it was in a "heritage box" of stuff for DD when she gets big!)</p> <p>Here are three of the five (hangs head) I own. The other two are vintage Helmut Lang denim jackets with cuffs, one black, one very dark blue. They are very crisp and slightly heavy denim, and sized so I can wear layers under. These three are cut closer to the body and are softer.</p> <p>1) AG by Adriano Goldschmeid, most recent purchase. Soft and stretchy, a sort of midweight</p> <p>2) Vintage Helmut Lang with cuffs. This is the first and only really faded and soft HL denim jacket I have ever found; he liked stiff denim for his jackets. It has no stretch and only fits when I am skinny.</p> <p>3) Vintage Daryl K very lightweight dark denim. I bought this right out of grad school, and a few years ago I put it in a box for my kiddo to wear when she hits 15 (along with my Betsey Johnson dresses). But hey, everything old is new again, right?</p> <p>...Can you even tell the difference between these...? They *feel* very different on, in terms of attitude.</p> <p>- Inhabit white cotton tank<br /> - Parkvogel tank with bra (under)<br /> - Rag and Bone khaki chinos<br /> - Costume National green sandals </p>
