Skirts with tights are not allowed neither, not are shorts or cropped pants. I hear you about having to make things lab appropriate although in my case it's mostly just being warm enough and wearing comfy shoes. I have to say that I think your no skirts rule is totally draconian. Yes, I take the no open toes rule as a "suggestion", but I can honestly say that I've never worked anywhere with a no skirts rule. I did work at a company once with a no shorts rule but I think that was mostly to keep things less casual (it was in so cal). I don't think I could live with that to be honest. Are skirts with tights allowed? Long skirts? Then there is a grey knitted bomber (BR) and white scarf added for warmth, and hair pulled in a pony tail - another requirement when working with chemicals.&nbsp; </p>
