Fabulously happy colors. I realise I am in the minority here but I think the jacket is not the best (I understand you will remove it in the office). To my eye there is an element of dowdiness that enters the picture with the jacket, it is sort of dull over the beautiful colors. Perhaps a coat or trench would be a better option.
