I learned something again today.</p> <p>When my husband and I were dating (second husband, so 7 years ago), he said that he loved the way I dressed. At the time, we were at a nice restaurant, so I've been basing my thoughts on what he likes off what I was wearing that night. He is not one to articulate much of anything, so I have to read between the lines on darned near everything. I think maybe I got this one wrong. </p> <p>I normally would dress a bit better, even for pizza and beer at the dive joint around the corner...thinking I was doing it for him. I wonder if he would have preferred the dressed down version. I'll have to experiment. Thanks so much for the insight!
