We had some of that summer weather a week ago (or was it 2?) - 2 days of almost 90F. I have neither pulled out summer clothing nor put away all winter clothing yet! Thanks ChristieJ! This jacket was a TJMaxx find, a good example of why I keep shopping there. Thanks Angie! I am gradually adjusting my eye to the idea that my hair, despite being colored, IS getting cooler in tone. As you've been saying My stylist has used the same color for years on me but obviously something is changing and it must be the hair itself. I'm also thinking I ought to wear white more ... I do prefer a cream/ivory version over optic white but both work for me. I had a lot of things I'd had for 2 or more years and every time I thought about how to wear them I chose something else. It got to the p oint where I spent far more time considering and rejecting wearing them than time actually wearing them. Unless there was some other reason to keep they are now GONE. The day started out around 40F at 6am, up to low 50s in early afternoon. I'm still wearing sweaters, underlayers, socks, etc, just lighter weight ones than I wear in winter. In the afternoon I changed into older stuff for some gardening and housecleaning. Jacket - Avec Les Filles Chinos - Banana Republic Factory Cashmere Sweater - Macys Cotton Tee - Lands End Sneakers - Puma Bag - PomPom London Scarf - no idea what brand; oldie very goodie The jacket is new this year, the bag new last year, everything else is at least 2 years old. The scarf is quite old.
