I often realize that my entire outfit is thrifted or ebayed apart from the underwear (and I buy my bras on ebay new also). Luckily, I love my closet to I don't look TOO bad when I do this (I think!).</p> <p>Today I realized that with the exception of my pants (yoox) and underpants (Century 21 in NYC) everything I am wearing came off ebay. In fact, most of what is in my closet came off ebay! Today, some of it was new (sweater, bra, tank) and some of it was used (shoes, jacket). But generally, I really don't mind used clothes in good condition. Especially things I could never afford new!</p> <p>- Inhabit silk-blend net sweater<br /> - James Perse white tank dress<br /> - Rag and Bone trouser skinnies<br /> - Fiorentini and Baker shoes<br /> - (not shown) James Perse linen-blend coat for office chill</p> <p>I generally don't like woven silk because of how it smells - a sort of dusty, sweetish odor. But this is so great I forgive it. It was a production sample, which makes it feel kinda special to me, even if it DID go into actual production!</p> <p>Also included a shot of my necklaces - which I did NOT get off ebay (although one did come from etsy!). I love these me+ro Wisdom pendants - two of these say wisdom in sanskrit, and one says Peace (om). I'm told Tina Fey wears these, and if I have a girl crush on anyone it would have to be her. So this is one time I don't mind a celebrity-also-wears! </p>
