Looks a bit harsh, with the sharp contrast of blue and black, but I generally like the combo of skinny pants with the voluminous blouse. What do you think?</p> <p>I also stopped by the mall to return a few items (including Loft chevron flippy skirt) and noticed that the NY and Co store is closing so everything was 60% off (their store in another mall in the area will still be open). I picked up two jackets and a pencil skirt with a fun dotty pattern (#2). The skirt is fun, although I may have to sew closed the slit in the back, at least partially, to make it work-appropriate (the slit is hard to see but it is at least 4-5" high).</p> <p>I think the soul-sucking beige jacket (shown in #2 in the middle and in #4) needs to go back. </p> <p>I like the white jacket (#3) but it is a linen blend so it looks like it will get wrinkled quite quickly. Would be a nice lightweight summer layer, though, and at $30, it's inexpensive. </p>
