Uniform, wouldn’t you agree? Three new sweaters for the season. I didn’t really think I would buy anything this winter, but these enticed me as I did online Christmas shopping for others.<div><br /></div><div>1. Tommy Hilfiger, on sale at Macy’s. I hesitated because the brand is a lot more preppy than I tend to favor. But the price was good and I have been looking for a darker gray cardigan of this boyfriend/button style. I was surprised the stripes include pink because it looked like white and black online. And I think the silver buttons are a little gaudy. The pink tee is from Kohl’s last year. This sweater was SO comfortable and warm. Verdict, success. Almost disastrous though, because I snagged the sleeve on a splinter inside one of my kitchen cabinets! Fortunately I was able to use a snag puller and take care of it.</p> <p>2. Kohl’s hooded pullover. Very soft, warm and perfect for this year and season. I’ve also enjoyed this chestnut brown color lately.</p> <p>3. Macy’s Charter Club cotton blend turtleneck. Another success as I don’t mind the extra warmth of the turtleneck this year. And I like the cable pattern in one of my favorite winter colors. Worn over a long sleeve tee for super coziness.</div> </p>
