I think tucking the shirt and belting might work better or wearing the top and belt with darker pants so there's not as much contrast between the top and bottom. I like the belt and I like your shoes! One thing I do notice though in the picture is that because the hem of the shirt is exactly parallel with the belt, and the hem is high contrast with your pants, I notice the hem of the shirt as much as your belt.
