I don't think any of my other pencils feel as great on, fit-wise.</p> <p>Suz, I share your worries about belted coats, and I've tried many. Normally I feel like I'm wearing a terry cloth dressing gown in them, you know? This one is a bit different because the cut is very narrow in the sleeves and shoulders,so I get a defined line there. The belt can be left hanging, it can be tied in the back or around the waist, it stays put.&nbsp;I really like&nbsp;how it can be worn in many ways. An added bonus is a layer of Thinsulate that transforms it to a usable coat for my climate, even in winter. Finally, it got instant DH approval, so that was it, then, no need to look further. (I've put the checked coat in my holding zone, and&nbsp;it might still get a couple of outings - I find it hard to get rid of it straight away).</p> <p>The coat&nbsp;is by Danish <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.samsoe.com">Samsoe &amp; Samsoe</a>, a brand I've never tried before, but I think they do casual chic quite well. Even with alterations available, some skirts just " get you" and then I find I am much more likely to wear them and for them to work with more other pieces that way. So I think that is calling you and you will reach for it and work it different ways.
