What I see if a perfectly put together outfit--nothing extraordinary but current and would meet my environmental norm. (I have quite a few of these kind of outfits.) Each piece looks like it fits you well--nothing looks dated either. I think the hoodie reads more sporty than the rest of the outfit and the high contrast makes it kind of a focal point. To answer you question, I think this looks good but would look great if you swapped out the bottoms for a denim pencil skirt, denim skinnies with boots or bootcuts--all in a medium or lighter wash. I love the light color jacket with your complexion and hair color. But I can't say it works for me. I find the white very stark against the black pants and feel trainers would be better for shoes.
