I got so enamoured with my two new long coats (the quilt and the long shacket) that I completely ignored everything else. &nbsp;LOL!</p> <p>Angie and Janet - re hair growth - don't forget I've got 10 years on you which makes a big diff in growth rates . My hair used to need trimming at the neck and sides every 2-3 weeks and a full cut every 5. My hair has always grown fast, which is part of why I prefer to keep my hair on the longer side. My grey growout barely took a year. If I had a pixie (LOL can you imagine?) I’d have to be at the salon every month. My nails grow fast too. I empathize. It's annoying! My fringe especially, grows very slowly. My hair has NEVER grown fast, so I am used to it. It was helpful during lockdown though :)</p> <p>I don't do anything to stimulate hair growth. I let it happen and hope that my extremely veggie-rich diet does it some favours! We must NOT give in and cut off the growth. But shaping here and there is allowed. I will have the back and sides reshaped in a few weeks. That will make it two cycles of 6 week haircuts with no cutting!</p> <p>Onward we go. I’ve been doing some reading on this - looks like a post menopausal / hormonal / stress related situation . I’m taking lots of biotin , collagen , vitamins , protein etc and trying to do nothing with it on non- work days . Nutrafol and other restorative / growth systems get mixed reviews and are really costly .
