Yesterday, I wore this old pair of ON jeans that are a little on the short side, so I paired them with ankle booties to a little more coverage since it was a chilly day. The tee is ivory with a fun little zebra print, and I've topped it with a soft black zippered drapey cardigan.</p> <p>After posting last week about my body type, I am starting to see that I might not be having enough volume on the lower half of my body to balance out the top. I've always tended toward covering up on top, especially when I was younger, because of the size of my chest. But I can see now how that can end up creating more bulk and making me look a little out of proportion. Maybe I'd be better off not trying to hide my top curves so much? </p> <p>Anyway, this is where I'm starting from, and I'm hoping that by continuing to learn from and be inspired by all of you, I can start to zero in on what works for me, what doesn't, and really define a personal style. Here's to learning! </p>
