I am indeed wearing pumps with #3, just a plain classic patent black pair. This particular pair is around 4" but that height is certainly unnecessary. You could get a similar look with far less; I also like to wear my 2" pointy pumps with these trousers, though they "puddle" a bit with those (which I don't mind).
