One of the few strappy pairs that works for my feet and I have been looking for a replacement without much luck for a few years now I did end up keeping the loafers after all! They were so much more comfortable than the other pair. Once I realized my brain needed to treat them as "pink shoes" it all clicked. They are heavenly comfortable to wear (wearing today in fact)! Both of those pieces have expected things which might be paired with them, instead by putting them together the combination you chose is unexpected. Yet it doesn’t come across as quirky or bulky, which is how I’d imagine it in my mind.
