It was the jacket I purchased in the Toronto YLF meetup last April! I've been trying to find opportunities to wear this jacket, and finally after a stroke of inspiration, I have done it. It was a chillier than usual today so I was able to wear this jacket comfortably! </p> <p>Sveta, here it is, finally! Thanks, ladies for helping me pick this jacket out!</p> <p>My new Naot Flirts also make a debut. I purchased them yesterday on sale. It's a 2.75 inch sandal with a 1.25 inch platform (which works out to the heel being 1.5 inches tall). I owned this sandal in the past but it didn't work out. Turns out, I bought the wrong size. I sized up this time around, walked around in the store (coooomfyyyy) and purchased them. Today, I did some bit of shopping and walked home (40 mins). I also did a few coffee walks (15 mins) here and there. Aside from the stitching on the big toe footbed, NO PAIN AT ALL! </p> <p>So I discovered something new about my arthritic foot. I still can wear wedges and heels as long as the sole is thick and rigid! My most comfortable shoes have at least 0.75 inch platforms at the forefoot. The less my feet flop around in the shoes (I will need a lot of control), the less pain I get. Also, I will make sure that the heel height minus the platform will never go over 1.5 inches. This narrows down the brands of shoes I can wear: Naots, Dansko, Alegria and Sanita. They all have cuter/edgier options now, so it's really worth looking into. Yes, they are pricier but my feet are sooo worth it. </p> <p>I walked out of that dressing room with two pairs of American Eagle Artist crops. I'm returning the denim one because the knees sag, and the smaller size I own still fits well (except of the waist). I now have a pair of white pants! </p> <p>Jacket: LOFT<br /> Top: Vanilla Sugar<br /> Jeans: American Eagle<br /> Shoes: Naot<br /> Purse: eBay purchase! </p>
