My hair is usually unruly but the "fan" is kept in place with lots of bobby pins, and the hair around it also props it up: I do a high pony, fan the base half of the hair, twist the rest and wrap it around the rubber band; I use flat bobby pins on either side of the fan to hold it in place, then use those U-shaped pins to keep the wrap in place as well as at the bottom of the fan to prop it up (dunno if that made sense?). Maybe I should write up an actual tutorial with photo steps for my blog, hmm...</p> <p>Vicki, unfortunately the KS purse was too large and the colors didn't jive with my wardrobe so I sent it back.
